terms & conditions
not first-come, first-served: i will choose projects that spark my interest and where i feel my style fits best
refusal of work: i reserve the right to decline a request if i feel i cannot deliver.
under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is my work to be used for anything related to ai generators, nfts, or cryptocurrency.
do NOT claim commissioned work as your own.
you’re more than welcome to repost your piece, just make sure to include clear credit.
portfolio use: i retain the rights to publish work in my portfolio or on my socials, unless requested otherwise
turnaround time: once the sketch is approved, it usually takes between 1 to 6 weeks to finish.
checking in: feel free to ask for a progress update anytime. just avoid rushing me unless we’ve already agreed on a specific deadline.
major changes: you may only request for changes/adjustments while we are in the sketching stage.
rendering phase: once i start the final painting, i can only handle minor tweaks (like colors or small details).
payment
i will accept payment through any agreed upon method. 100% upfront payment, you may request for a 50/50 split.
refunds are NOT allowed once i've started on an artwork.
if for any reason i am unable to start your commission you may get a full refund, or if you cancel before i get started on it.
if you are getting a refund, do NOT request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back myself
If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with all evidence that I have completed work for you.
usage & commercial fees
1x (personal): for personal enjoyment only; no profit allowed.
1.5x (+50%): for promo use (social media, streams or game assets, cd covers); no resale or reprints.
2x (+100%): full rights for reprint, resale, etc.
